Harman P68 Pellet Stove
Distinctive Style, Ultimate Convenience, Technology-Driven Performance

The Harman P68 Pellet Stove will burn any grade of pellet at maximum efficiency. Wood pellets have become a popular form of heat because they are environmentally friendly, extremely clean burning, and cost effective. This means you can purchase the lower quality pellets and still keep your home at your desired temperature.

The P68 automatically lights it's own fire and burns at the correct output to maintain the desired room temperature. When no heat is required, the P68 will shutdown and re-ignite when the demand for heat returns.

Just fill the hopper with pellets and set the desired temperature. The P68 will do the rest except for ash removal, which will be needed after approximately one ton of pellets has been consumed.

Harman Advance Pellet Stove
The Ultimate In Home Heating Convenience!

The Harman Advance Pellet Stove relies on state-of-the-art technology to automatically adjust itself to your desired room temperature. Simply pour your pellets into the convenient top-loading hopper and set the Advance's temperature dial. If the room temperature drops below the set temperature, the Advance will light itself to increase the temperature.

Constant Comfort

After your set temperature is achieved, it is constantly monitored by a sensing probe. If the temperature in the room drops even slightly, the Advance will increase its flame level. If an outside door is opened and the room temperature drops rapidly, the Advance will increase its fire in proportion to the temperature drop. And, if the outside temperature rises and no heat is needed, the Advance will automatically shut down but continue to monitor the room temperature in case it drops again.

Harman P61 Pellet Stove
Discover The Powerful Difference Of A Harman

The Harman P61 Pellet Stove rely on state-of-the-art technology to automatically adjust themselves to your desired room temperature. Simply pour your pellets into the convenient top-loading hopper and set the temperature dial on your P61. If the room is much cooler than the set temperature, the P61 will produce a large fire in order to quickly reach the desired temperature. If only a slight increase is needed, the P61 will burn a small fire. This way, no energy is wasted by overshooting your predetermined temperature level.

After your set temperature is achieved, it is constantly monitored by a sensing probe. If the temperature in the room drops even slightly, the P61 will automatically increase its fire in proportion to the temperature drop.

In addition to adjusting temperature levels, the P61 will automatically adjust themselves for fuel quality. An ESP (Exhaust Sensing Probe) analyzes the output of the fuel being burned and adjusts the feed rate accordingly to increase fuel quality.

The P61 models have the widest heating range of any pellet stove. The P61 can burn any brand of wood pellet regardless of the ash content. This allows you to buy lower cost pellets and achieve the same results for less.

The P61's high efficiency allows you to burn less fuel to heat the same area as the competitor's stoves. Since the stove adjusts automatically to produce the correct amount of heat, it is the best choice even if you never need 61,000 BTUs. Ash removal is quick, easy, and can be done while the stove is in operation. Normally ashes need only be removed every one to two months.

  Pellet Stove FAQ's

Q: What is the difference between Stove Temperature Mode and Room Temperature Mode?

A: In Stove Temperature Mode, the stove will maintain a constant output based on exhaust temperature. In Room Temperature Mode the stove will adjust its output to maintain a constant Room Temperature based on temperature being reported by a sensing probe located in the room.

Q: What are pellets made of?

A: Wood pellets are made from sawdust and/or other wood waste. The raw material is pressed and then dried to a consistent moisture level, usually below 5%. There is no glue or adhesives used it is simply dried to hold shape.

Q: What is special about Harman’s Patented Burn Pot and Feeder?

A: Harman’s feeder system is designed to push unwanted ash out of the burn pot as the fresh fuel is fed in. This “self-cleaning” design allows for any brand of pellets to be burned regardless of ash content.

Q: How does Harman’s Automatic Ignition work?

A: When the stove’s control system determines a need to ignite it sends power to the igniter, feed motor and combustion blower. The feed motor stops after a few minutes when enough fuel has been purged into the burn pot. The combustion blower pulls air over the igniter and thru the fuel located in the burn pot. As the combustion blower pulls the hot air thru the fuel heating it up eventually lighting it on fire.

Q: How often do the ashes need to be emptied in a Harman Pellet Stove?

A: Harman Pellet Stoves come standard with a large ash pan. Each ash pan is capableof holding the ash from approximately one ton of pellets or more.

Q: What does true direct vent mean?

A: Harman pellet stoves have one air intake. This intake provides air for combustion as well as air wash to the glass. When connected to an outside air source it makes the stove a direct vent appliance. The benefit of this is that it allows the termination of the venting to be closer to an operable window or door. Harman Pellet Stoves are the only known stoves to allow this. All combustion air is coming from outside allowing no air from within the home to be used.

Q: Do I need a chimney to burn a Harman Pellet Stove?

A: Harman Pellet Stoves do need to be vented to the outside. This can be done with aspecial pellet vent pipe in a short configuration. As little as one foot of horizontal pipeis acceptable, however, we do recommend at least 4 feet of vertical be used to assist in draft incase of a power outage.
